A degenerative, organic, brain wasting disease, which debilitates, disables & does not enable any sort of promotion of independence, re-enablement, rehabilitation but takes away choice, hope, all capacity to perform any kind of activity of daily living requiring 24 hour care, mainly nursing to provide for all needs.
